At OGGDESIGN, we offer a 12-month warranty against any hidden defects on all our custom jewelry and special orders. All our jewelry designs are handcrafted to a high standard of quality. To demonstrate our commitment, we will repair your jewelry in case of any hidden or manufacturing defects. If you need a repair, we will examine your jewelry to determine the cause of the defect. If it is our mistake, we will cover the repair.

It is important to note that this warranty is not valid on jewelry that has been resized or repaired outside of our workshops.

Repair or restoration of your jewelry

If your personalized jewelry requires repair or restoration that is not related to a hidden defect (such as a related to a hidden defect (such as a scratch, a scratch, a size adjustment, or a new rhodium plating), the cost will be calculated on the basis of an estimate prepared by our workshops. To repair your jewelry, even years after your purchase, you only need to contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to send us the jewelry.

Once received, we will examine it and prepare a detailed estimate to determine the cost of the repair. If you accept the estimate, our workshops will proceed to repair your jewelry and send it back to you as soon as possible.
