• Shipping method & delivery times

Shipments are made using a standard courier service chosen by OGGDESIGN, and delivery times depend on the availability of products.
 

Once the purchase is confirmed, delivery time will be between 2 to 12 business days depending on the chosen method. It should not be more than 15 business days.

 

​For custom-made orders, your package will be insured up to the value of the jewel. The parcel will be sent with confidential packaging with no mention of the brand for precautious reasons.

• Delays & cancellation

OGGDESIGN is not responsible for delays due to the courier service. If your order is delayed and has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it and receive a full refund of the payment. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled.

• Geographical limits

At present, we only ship to EU countries, including the UK and Switzerland. For other countries, please contact us at info@oggdesignjewelry.com.

 

• Delivery check

The customer agrees to check the condition of the item shipped when it is delivered by the courier service. If there is a problem or damage, the customer should state it on the delivery note and may refuse to accept the delivery.

The customer should inform us of any delivery incidents by email at info@oggdesignjewelry.com.

 

• Acceptance of delivery 

Delivery will be complete when the customer (or someone else on the customer's behalf) takes possession of the product as demonstrated by signing for the order on the receipt note at the delivery address.

 

• Customs declaration, international fees & taxes

All international shipments and shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be accompanied by an import/export declaration for the customs authorities. The document shows the total amount of the order. 

You will have to pay any international fees or taxes levied on the products in the place where they are collected.
